When purchasing on our website you authorise Origami Publishing to make the withdrawal. Origami Publishing accepts online payments with the following credit cards Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
All prices on the website include VAT. Prices on the webpage do not include shipping, which is an additional charge in some cases. You need to choose how you want your item(s) to be shipped during the payment process. The delivery cost will appear in the shopping cart before the payment at checkout.

When you place an order with us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via an email confirming that we have received your order. This means you have entered into a binding purchasing agreement with us. We reserve the right to refuse service (including any orders placed through the Website. In the event we or the applicable merchant needs to make a change to or cancel an order, an attempt will be made to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number in your account which is currently on file at the time the order was made.

Items are delivered by UPS, GLS or PostNord, and you need to choose whether to have your item sent to a parcel shop, a company address or delivered to a private address. The delivery cost will appear in the shopping cart before the payment at checkout. If your purchase exceeds DKK 500, we will pay the postage and packing charges for delivery by GLS to a parcel shop or a company address. You can choose to have your purchase delivered to a private address for an extra fee. Delivery times vary depending on the country in which you wish to receive your purchase. The delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 working days. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number, which will be emailed to you once your package has been dispatched.

All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If a charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice and with no further liability or obligation to you. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers at any time and not to process any transactions we suspect might be fraudulent.

You can return the items and cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Send us an email with your order number if you have any products you wish to return. You have 14 days from the day you noticed us about the return, to ship back your order.
Return items must be sent to NUDE magazine, Lergravsvej 70, st. tv 2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark. Your return package must also include a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation showing your purchase. Items must be returned directly to the above address at the sender’s expense. You also need to make sure that all items are carefully packaged when returning them. You are personally responsible for the package(s) until they are received by us. Therefore, keep any postal receipts and any track-and-trace number.
Please note the products have to be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at shop@nudemagazine.com as soon as noticed (within 24h) and attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box.

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Origami Publishing in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of months as a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives the right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Origami Publishing covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

When returning, please contact us at shop@nudemagazine.com. Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by a cash-on-delivery system.

To exercise your right of cancellation, send an email to this effect to shop@nudemagazine.com. You may not cancel, refuse receipt of an item or refrain from collecting an item without first having sent an email stating that you wish to exercise your right to cancel to shop@nudemagazine.com.
